Abstract

Congenital diaphragmatic hernia is one of the most clinically demanding conditions in children. With advances in neonatal intensive care, improved survival has changed the surgical approach in some centers, including repair with minimally invasive surgery. We present the first case of thoracoscopic repair of a congenital diaphragmatic hernia in Costa Rica.
