Video-assisted Thoracic Surgery in the Management of Persistent Pneumothorax by Gunshot in a Paediatric Patient

The minimally invasive surgery has been successfully used in patients with thoracic trauma. We present the fi rst case of a pediatric patient with persistent pneumothorax secondary to gunshot treated satisfactorily with video-assisted thoracic surgery.
