What is Psychotherapy?

The sychotherapy concept could be rather distorted according to the amount, quality and source of available information that each one has.
For psychtherapy to become an eficacious instrument in solving psyquic problems, it requires very well trained psychiatrists. To acquire the multiple necessary technics and skills, complex experiences are lived in a quite intensive manner. -One of the best methods is the long follow-up of psyquiatric cases. Another one is contact with different instructors. Also, lectures, group discussion, personal reading of selected books are important tools in this training. Finally, patient is the main source of learning about human behavior.
