Abstract

We present a case of nasal agenesia, congenital malformation of rare ocurrence, of unknow incidence that represents a real challenge for the specialist that comfronts it due to its aesthetic and funcional implications.

It may be associated with Other congenital malformations and in specific cases, it may endanger the life of the newborn, special when the patient is unable to breathe and eat simultaneously.
