Chronic skin ulcer in an immunosuppressed patient

Acase of a patient with HIVinfection and a chroniculcer in the right knee is discussed. Several studies weredone but none helped identifying the cause of the ulcer.However, histological examination of the ulcer showed acid alcohol resistant bacilli. The patient received medical treatment and had a good response.
