Guidelines for the treatment of dyslipidemia in patients with HIV/AIDS receiving HAART

Lipid disorders are one of the most frequent complications of HIV positive patients receiving antiretroviral treatment. The intervention of these patients is difficult, espe-cially due to the interactions among some lipid loweringdrugs and protease inhibitors. The guides presented hereare facilitate the diagnosis, classification an aimed to inter-vention of these patients.
