This case describes a 53-year-old male patient with an asymptomatic lesion on the sole of the right foot, recurrent despite repeated removals. The most recent condition presents a lesion of 8 years of localized evolution on the sole of the foot, describing its clinical presentation and histopathological findings that lead to the final diagnosis of poroma, a very rare benign tumor of the eccrine sweat glands that can be confused with other skin lesions. The lesion was surgically removed with clear margins, resulting in a favorable outcome for the patient.
