Gunshot wounds have become a very important cause ofmorbidity and mortality in our society, and pregnant patientshave not been the exception. In this paper, a case of an abdo-minal gunshot wound in a pregnant patient is presented. Theproper management of the mother and of the fetus is discus-sed, with special interest over the indications of laparotomyand emergency c-section. Finally, a management protocol isproposed based on the literature.
