Lesiones abdominales por arma de fuego en el embarazo. Reporte de un caso.

Las lesiones por arma de fuego se han convertido en una causa importante de morbimortalidad en nuestro medio y las mujeres embarazadas no han constituido la excepción. En este artículo se presenta un caso de trauma abdominal por arma de fuego en una paciente embarazada, así como una revisión del manejo de tales casos, tanto de la madre como del producto, con especial atención a las indicaciones de laparotomía exploratoria y cesárea de emergencia. Finalmente, con base en la bibliografía, se propone el respectivo protocolo de manejo.
